Bill Haley
With an unparalleled passion for video production, Bill has lent his expertise to over 2,000 projects including tv spots, documentaries, web videos, independent films, webcasts and personalized videos since founding Allied Pixel in 1993. He has been the catalyst for Allied Pixel’s 200+ national awards and is a managing partner of the MarCom Alliance and founder of the Philadelphia Area Production Association.
Pete Bretz
Pete is captain of the technology that drives Allied Pixel. He is the chief architect of our Personalized Video program, with oversight of our data, rendering, webdev, deployment and reporting teams. He also oversees our data center and render farm. In his spare time, he’s an avid Philadelphia sports fan and musician.
Tom Mikowski
With nearly 30 years of higher education enrollment experience, Tom has worked on numerous projects in the college marketing area including video production, virtual tours, photo shoots, print and digital media and social media campaigns. Tom has a zeal for innovation, technology and building long lasting partnerships with Allied Pixel clients.
Doug Swartz
Doug is a 26-year veteran enrollment management professional who brings with him a wealth of experience in recruitment, marketing, financial aid, and budget management. Doug previously served in a executive leadership position at multiple institutions including Wittenberg University, Westminster College, and Walsh University. He worked for Ruffalo Noel Levitz for over ten years in enrollment consulting and has a strong background in helping institutions achieve enrollment goals through technology, personalized communications, and on-campus experiences.
Ann Paoli
Ann takes the lead on marketing and events for Allied Pixel. Her background in sales and marketing makes her a natural at tradeshows, on social media, and with our many industry partners. She is always seeking to assist for the best possible outcome. Connection, communication and problem-solving are her keys to success.
Rayce Rollins
As chief financial officer/finance executive, Rayce Rollins operates at the intersection of the company’s data flows (sales, operations, finance, etc.). He adds value by transforming data into useful information. Rayce is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, auditing, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. His career spans more than ten years, and he has varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.
Gene Castellano
Gene brings together human and technical resources to help organizations achieve their goals. He has extensive experience in higher education advancement, marketing, branding, sponsorship and fundraising. Throughout a career that spans print to digital media, Gene has applied the discipline of careful planning and precise execution to ensure that organizations achieve their desired results.
Clement Baa-Adomako
Clem is passionate about video editing and making a client’s story a reality. Aiming for perfection in perfectionist. He has experience in a wide spectrum including film, television, and news production. With his skills in Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop he’s a dynamic member of the team.
Liz Becerra
Liz boasts a career marked by her expertise in finance, operations management, and process optimization. She excels in streamlining operations, boosting productivity, and cutting costs, consistently delivering tangible results. As a certified Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor, Liz is committed to driving business growth and enhancing bottom-line performance.
Adrienne Belt
Adrienne brings years of experience working on feature films, network episodic and reality television series, live events, and creating clickable video content for television, web, email, and social platforms. Though Adrienne’s experience as a storyteller, writer, and director has garnered a couple of Telly Awards, it’s her producing background that gives her an edge for workflow management. She excels at collaborating with creative teams, forming strong vendor/client relationships, and has a passion for getting a project from conception to delivery.
Steve Carey
From the creative and visual mind needed behind the camera to the intricacies of post production organization, Steve brings decades of experience and a dynamic style to his role as Field Producer. He focuses on the needs of the client while providing the leadership needed on set. His knowledge, experience and natural ability to create and build relationships makes him an integral part of our production team.
John Cervino
A creative and passionate professional with extensive experience in all aspects of television production, John is skilled in developing compelling content for television and online distribution platforms. Recognized for effective storytelling through creative editing, with strong language and writing skills, John is a high-level communicator with quality interpersonal skills, always having concern and focus on customers.
Bridget Clerkin
Bridget’s writing has covered everything from breaking national news to burgeoning local events and working with publications such as Reuters and the Associated Press. In the academic world, she’s written features highlighting students and faculty at Princeton University, Duquesne University, Boston College and many more. On the softer side of news, she loves hearing — and telling — the personal stories of people with the ideas and ideals that will help change the world.
Dan Fried
Dan is a multi-discipline Producer/Director and Production Manager who helps clients discover, create and share their projects with clear, hassle-free solutions. He has worked with major corporations, networks, local and federal government agencies, non-profit organizations and countless colleges. His promise to clients: I listen. I plan, I deliver. You shine.
Leonardo Galindo
Leonardo is a certified Data Scientist, with extensive experience in data management, data visualization and process improvement. He supports the data management side of our Personalized Video service, designing the scripts that transform the data files provided by organizations into the data structures required to produce videos, making sure that numbers and totals are accurate and in the right place according to client needs.
Shirley Gay
While focusing on perfection and great customer service for our clients, Shirley is the glue that holds the office together. With over 14 years at the helm, she is our office manager and financial administrator and can navigate her way around QuickBooks like nobody’s business.
Lokesh Gopal
Lokesh brings a diversity of technical skills to support our Personalized Video services. His main focus is working with large datasets from the client and manipulating that data to prepare for ingest into Allied Pixel’s render system. He’s also proficient in video and audio editing, making him a versatile player on our team.
John Kolleh
John says “I take pride in being the person the director counts on to get the shot.” He’s a camera operator who is equally accomplished shooting interviews, action events and cinematic beauty shots.
Dave Lanzalone
Dave is a spreadsheet wizard with a knack for problem solving and puzzles. His interest in data analysis and finding patterns makes him a great fit at Allied Pixel where he is tasked with ingesting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for our personalized renders.
Alyson Leonard
Alyson is a digital content producer and video editor based in Philadelphia. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and scriptwriting in addition to having a strong theatrical production background, she uses her love of music to bring videos to life utilizing tight transitions and impactful storytelling.
Ariel Lynn
A passionate filmmaker, Ariel loves bringing stories to fruition. She is a film and video editor with experience in editing short films, events, educational content, and more. Using her skills in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 2D/3D animation, Ariel is excited to bring your story to life.
Tom MaCoy
For almost 15 years Tom has been managing multi-camera streaming projects, aided by prior IT experience building computers and networks from the ground up. His understanding of networking technology has facilitated thousands of hours of streaming content, and his experience working with camera crews ensures that every webcast looks great.
Andrew Mikida
Through his developed experience in video editing, Andrew helps make the client’s video idea a reality through the use of video editing techniques and motion graphics. He brings forth editing experience from multiple sectors of the industry, including medical video, product advertising, and news video production.
Luke O’Brien
Luke is a self-taught photographer, cinematographer, and editor. For seven years he shared his knowledge with students at a therapeutic school in Philadelphia where he and his students shot and produced music videos, wrote and recorded songs and photographed and designed album art. Luke now focuses on his passion to tell stories through film using the Adobe Creative Cloud software platform.
Henry Park
As a skilled and passionate software engineer, Henry works closely with service automation and creates tools to scale our Personalized Video render systems. He has created scripts and built systems to allow the render engine to deliver Personalized Videos at scale for large projects.
Sean Purdy
Sean is a self-taught video editor and visual storyteller with experience in television news, higher education, and the music industry. Attention to detail is his top priority, always striving to deliver a polished final product to our clients.
Joe Rodriguez
Joe’s love of movies and passion for storytelling got him into filmmaking at a young age, where he taught himself how to shoot and edit. Now, with years of experience behind him, he brings his technical and creative skills to every new project he jumps into. Based in the Dominican Republic, Joe welcomes in-person client meetings!
Vanessa Selznick
A skilled communicator and collaborator, Vanessa works closely with clients to achieve their ideal vision. From creative development to scripting and editing, she ensures that each stage of production goes smoothly. Previously, Vanessa spent eight years as a freelance Television Producer for shows on the Food Network, Netflix, and MTV, refining her skills as a thoughtful and quick-witted storyteller.
Brian Shaud
Brian has held a variety of video production and post production roles including editing, motion graphics and shooting. He enjoys being behind the camera as much as in front of the computer creating content from scratch in After Effects. He is also an avid photographer.
Mackenzie Smith
As “a video editor with the mind of a producer,” Mackenzie is knowledgeable about all stages of projects, from pre- to post-production. With advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and extensive experience with After Effects and Photoshop, Mackenzie has excelled in the fast paced environments of advertising as well as professional and college sports.
Ling Song
Ling’s knowledge of multiple programming languages and platforms makes her an invaluable part of our Personalized Video data team. She oversees the construction of video player landing pages and deployment of the analytics dashboards. Ling also manages website maintenance for Allied Pixel and many of our clients.
Frank Speeder
Soaring above it all is where Frank likes to live! Frank takes flight as our FAA licensed drone pilot to give you dramatic visuals of your landscape. He is also a FAA licensed commercial pilot (single, multi-engine, instrument ratings) and a drone flight instructor. Frank is a former U.S. Navy Pilot and flight instructor with over 2,000 hours of military flight time.
JD Spivey
As an analytical creative, JD has extensive experience combining creative and technical workflows in video production. He is an editor specializing in template creation for Allied Pixel’s personalized video team. Based in Dallas, JD has also worked as a producer, director, and video engineer.
Brittany Strizelka
Brittany’s diverse background includes 10 years of copywriting for marketing firms and ad agencies, as well as production roles for film, TV, and commercial projects. While her main roles are managing Personalized Video projects and quality control checks, she is best known for leaving her video off during Zoom meetings so she can eat snacks.
Calvin Woodruff
A passionate and effective storyteller, Calvin brings to the team his experience in television, commercial, documentary and feature films. He is dedicated to bringing the heart of people’s stories into production and is no stranger to working with a team to create compelling and award-winning work. Previously, Calvin worked as a camera assistant and assistant editor for shows on Netflix, Hulu, and CBS.
