Last updated: October 9, 2024
Allied Pixel (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.alliedpixel.com website (the “Website”) and service (collectively, our “Service”). The privacy of our visitors and customers is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from or about individuals that visit our Website or engage with us online, including, for example, our business customers and their employees, agents and other representatives. These individuals are referred to as “you” throughout this Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy does not apply to the Allied Pixel Services provided to, or on the behalf, of our customers. To learn more about how we collect and use information about our customers and their end users (“Customer Data”) through the provision of our Service to, and on behalf of, our customers, please see “Customer Data,” below.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at www.alliedpixel.com.
Information Collection And Use
We collect personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, phone number, and similar information, when you sign up for a mailing list, send us a message, submit a support request, or otherwise communicate with us.
We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, including to send you updates about our products and services that may interest you, responding to your requests/inquiries, and developing and improving our services.
Information Collected Automatically
We also collect certain types of usage information automatically when you visit our Website, read our emails, or otherwise engage with our Service. We collect this information using tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, scripts, log file data, and similar technology, to automatically collect usage and device information, for example, information about your browser and the device(s) you use to access the Website (e.g., IP address, browser type, device type, model and manufacturer, unique browser or device ID and whether you access the Service from multiple devices), the pages you view and links you click, and your location. We use this data to secure the Service, improve the Service, personalize your experience, to provide better technical support, and to track website usage for various purposes such as website optimization and improvement and visitor analytics.
We are not able to recognize or respond to browser-related Do Not Track signals at this time. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help feature on most browsers provides information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies or to notify you when receiving a new cookie. Depending on your device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all cookies, and blocking cookies does not prevent non-cookie data collection.
If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Service and we recommend that you leave them turned on.
How We Disclose Information
We may share your personal information in the instances described below.
- Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your personal information to perform specific tasks on our behalf, subject to contractual privacy protections.
- Business Transaction. If Allied Pixel is involved in a merger, acquisition, dissolution or other sale or all or a portion of our business, your personal information may be disclosed to a third party in connection with such transaction.
- Affiliate companies. We may share information with other companies and brands under our common ownership and control. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Policy.
- Compliance with Laws. We may disclose your personal information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law or regulatory requirements and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service and/or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
We may also use and share information that is de-identified (i.e., stripped or all personally identifying characteristics) and/or aggregated with third parties. Such information does not reasonably identify an individual user or device.
Third Party Tracking and Online Advertising
Like most websites and online services, we may permit third party online advertising networks, social media companies and other third party services to collect information about your use of our Website over time so that they may play or display ads that may be relevant to your interests on our Website as well as on other websites or apps, on social media sites, or on other devices you may use. Typically, though not always, the information we share is provided through cookies or similar tracking technologies, which recognize the device you are using and collect information, including hashed data, click stream information, browser type, time and date you visited the site, and other information. We and our third party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research.
You may be able to limit interest-based advertising through the settings on your mobile device by selecting “limit ad tracking” (iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android). To learn more about interest-based advertising and how you may be able to opt-out of some of this advertising, you may wish to visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s online resources, at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices, and/or the DAA’s resources at www.aboutads.info/choices. You may also manage certain advertising cookies by visiting the EU-based Your Online Choices at www.aboutads.info/choices. You can also adjust your advertising preferences on social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, through your settings on those services.
Please note that opting-out of receiving interest-based advertising through the NAI’s and DAA’s online resources will only opt-out a user from receiving interest-based ads on that specific browser or device, but the user may still receive interest-based ads on his or her other devices. You must perform the opt-out on each browser or device you use.
Communications
We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any commercial or promotional email we send. You cannot unsubscribe from certain Service-related email communications (e.g., account verification, confirmations of transactions, technical or legal notices).
Customer Data
The Allied Pixel Service enables our customers to create unique video content that can be delivered to their chosen audience through a variety of third-party channels. We focus on the message; the delivery of our customers’ messages are controlled by the advertising practices of these third-party channels.
We have designed our services to minimize the amount of personally identifiable data we collect and use. Any personally identifiable data we process is retained only long enough to provide the Service to our customers, after which time it is promptly deleted. We do not share personally identifiable data with any third parties. In some circumstances, depending on the features and functionality of the Service employed by our customers, we may collect certain usage and device information automatically from the browsers or devices of individuals that interact with our Service through our customers (to the extent we collect this information, we refer to it as “Customer Data”). Customer Data is owned and controlled by our customers. We do not collect, process, use or disclose Customer Data except as authorized and required by our customers and as provided for in our agreements with our customers.
If you have questions about communications you receive from one of our customers, please review that customer’s own privacy policy and contact the customer if you have questions about how your personal information is collected and used by the customer’s website or service. You may also be able to control your advertising settings through third-party social media sites.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children. Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you choose to use our Service from the European Union or other region of the world with laws governing data collection and use that differ from United States law, you acknowledge that we will transfer your personal information to the United States for the purpose of performing the Service and as otherwise permitted by our contract (e.g., our Terms and Conditions and/or any other agreement we may enter into with you directly).
European Union Data Protection
Legal basis for processing. For personal data subject to the European Union General Data Processing Regulations (“GDPR”), we rely on several legal bases to process the data. These legal bases include where:

- The processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order or to exercise or defend legal claims;
- The processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as in improving, personalizing, and developing the Service, marketing the Service, such as new features or products that may be of interest, and promoting safety and security as described above.
If you have any questions about or would like further information concerning the legal basis on which we collect and use your personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided below.
Your rights. Residents in the European Union are entitled to certain rights with respect to personal information that we hold about them, including: (i) the right of access and portability; (ii) the right to rectification; (iii) the right to erasure; (iv) the right to restriction; and (v) the right to object.

If you need further assistance regarding your rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. In some cases our ability to uphold these rights for you may depend upon our obligations to process personal information for security, safety, fraud prevention reasons, compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, or because processing is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Where this is the case, we will inform you of specific details in response to your request.
