There are some pretty exciting things happening with Personalized Video. The latest is Performance Metrics tracking.
(If you’re new to the subject, Personalized Video utilizes data in an organization’s CRM to generate individualized videos — enabling true 1 to 1 video marketing.)
One of the really cool things about Personalized Video is that it allows us to track the behavior of each person in your database. We have been working behind the scenes to build a reporting tool that measures individual engagement levels across a range of metrics. Those metrics include:
- Click-through rates
- Video plays
- Video completions
- Video shares
- Social shares
- Action Button clicks
Weighting each of these metrics, we generate an aggregate engagement score for each person in the database. The report ranks the recipients from most engaged to least. This data is incredibly valuable because it shows you exactly who your best prospects are.
Performance Metrics provide a clear ROI for the Personalized Video campaign. It can also be used to trigger further downstream actions in the sales funnel. For example, you might follow up with a phone call to your most engaged prospects.
